support and jungle

i don't play fid but this is where he's viable

a "fiddle in the middle" will get ya killed

fid mid is fine if you know what you're doing.

Koldheartedjsp1 votes

yeah.... you can also go yasuo support if you know what you're doing

doesn't mean you should do it

and why shouldn't you? If you know how to play a champ to their fullest, the only reason you shouldn't take them to the desired lane is if

  1. that lane has your counter
  2. your team asks you to fill a different and vital role.

I'm like 95% sure that fiddle middle does not qualify as "most effective" for fiddle, which is what the op is referring to.

"why shouldn't you yasuo support"

...

are you serious? are you telling me there's no reason not to adc LB as well?

He can kill lane and deny the enemy ADC an early game. I have played with and against assassins and mages bot and they actually work. Just because your invisible meta doesn't say it works, doesn't mean it won't

Also, being in a different lane doesn't mean build like an idiot.

we aren't talking about mages that actually do work, we're talking about specifically yasuo support

sure, yasuo support can work in bronze or if the enemy is retarded or if the game lasts over an hour, doesn't mean it's actually good.

pro tip: anything works in gold and lower

Pro tip: If you have a well coordinated team, anything can work. If the combo is strong and you're not bad, you can win the lane.

in bronze*

*any rank if you're good.

If you know your enemy's weakness, you can exploit it. But I guess you wouldn't know :)

Koldheartedjsp1 votes

how would you even know lulz? got any proof that you've even been above silver?

TheTwerkinator1 votes

nope, but you also don't have any proof that a good Yasuo can't bot :)

Koldheartedjsp1 votes

well everything makes sense now

sorry but once you get above gold trolly picks stop working as much. I know this is a shocker but it's just the way it is.

I've always wanted to play fiddle, but he feels so outdated.

I prefer Fiddlesticks Support. Here's why.

His Q is an excellent disengage when the enemy supp/adc/jung rushes your adc. His W gives you great sustain so you can stay beside your adc. Maxing it first will also keep you alive verses most, if not all, support 1v1s. E is perfect poke, and a silence for those terrible Blitz or Leona Combos. Go full AP and ult from a bush as soon as you get it. It rarely goes badly.

Do it.

You mixed W and E.

I think.

I think you have your W and E mixed up.

Fiddlesticks isn't really worth playing as he is right now. His drain is pretty much useless and can only be used on monsters because they're the only ones who'll stand still long enough for you to channel your drain for a whole 5 seconds and won't melt you down if you built pure damage because you can't duel anybody using FIddlesticks unless you build him as a fighter mage which if you do that good luck melting any squishy players. The most damage you'll do to any champion at a time with his W is probably like 100 damage... same goes for his E which only reliably works if your targets are in pairs and not near any minion waves.

100% of FIddlesticks' damage output comes from his ult + flash ( + sometimes Zhonyas if you're turret diving) combo... and, y'know, flash has a really long cool down.
