Fiora Ult vs Janna Ult

Fiora's ult marks a target, and if she hits them once + they die OR if she hits them 4 times on all 4 sides, she gets a healing field that also grants movespeed. No further effort is required to keep the field up.

Janna's ult is an instant, but very temporary, disengage. Can only be used to fully disengage with the support of a secondary disengaging ability, or if your team is already running for their lives. Offers a healing field as long as Janna channels the ability.

Now let's look at the numbers.

Fiora >Heal per second: 80/110/140 (+60% bonus AD) >Total heal: 400/550/700 (+300% bonus AD) >Movespeed bonus: 30/40/50%

Janna >Heal per second: 100/150/200 (+50% AP) >Total heal: 300/400/600 (+150% AP)

Janna's heal is a little more front-loaded by virtue of its higher per-second heal, but Fiora's heal is undeniably more powerful. Fiora's heal offers a large movement speed bonus, but doesn't provide a direct, hard disengage. Fiora's heal also requires your team to kill someone. However, Janna's heal requires her to stand still and take no other actions, making her an easy target. In term's of total heal, she has both inferior bases and inferior scalings---especially given that Fiora will be buying significantly more AD than Janna will be buying AP.

So, given all this, is Fiora's heal balanced properly? I personally don't think that a high damage threat with some tanking capability should be able to provide a heal stronger than that of a dedicated support. I've taken into consideration all the possible pros and cons of both champions' abilities and listed them above. What are your thoughts?

You missed one thing, do remember that Fiora does have to hit the opponent at least once and for them to die to get the trigger, while Janna just gets the full effect instantly and everything after that is just a bonus. Though are are fundamentally two different champions and you have to account for everything, Janna's entire kit is ranged meaning her kit is far safer then Fiora who has to be against the opponent at all times to actually do damage while in turn Janna can do her job from the safety of the backline.
