I once heard someone describe politicians as people that can talk for hours but say nothing, and if that's the case then the entirety of Rito could run for President and be Emperor of the Universe by mid-afternoon. [slayer-jinx-wink]

They should just offer a tl;dr: "Nope"
The first one was fine save for the head-scratching sandbox mode choice. (TL;DR "We're fixing our core and then fixing the missing stuff sorry") The second one was just an absolute mess.
