I mean at this point every top tier ADC got nerfed/is going to get nerfed: Ezreal, Corki, Graves...Lucian is already picked in basically every game, if he doesn't get even just slight changes it's gonna be Lucian vs Kalista every game.
I for one wonder when Vayne will reclaim her throne as queen of adcs from the evil tyrant that is kalista, I for one am happy though to see Lucian back as the king. I do believe he should receive nerfs but at the same time I don't want him being removed as the king of adcs.
Honestly I hope they buff all the other ADCs, especially the autoattackers :/
ADC's aren't OP, you just weren't paired with a support main.
Ezreal is more OP than ever at the moment, and Graves is still sitting on a big-ass winrate with his consistent AOE burst and self peel. Not to say they don't need nerfs or Lucian but Lucian definitely isn't the worst offender right now.
