Since Cinderhulk Champion damage is getting nerfed in Patch 5.9, should it stack with Sunfire Cape?

The damage that Cinderhulk does to champions has been greatly reduced against Champions, in return for double damage against monsters, solidifying it as an item that allows fast clear and defensive scaling, but not so much offensive capability against Champions. However, I feel like tanks that want to invest in that burn more than defenses should be allowed to buy both Cinderhulk AND Sunfire Cape and keep the cominbed burn from both (which would be about 40 damage per tick against Champions), boosting their offensive capabilities while trading off the gold that they could have added to their defensive stats that they could have gotten with a Randuin's Omen or Spirit Visage.

What do you think? Why or why not?

the only reason cinderhulk was made was to benifit tanks early game to give them faster clears so they stood a chance in jungler early/ tanks already do enough damage as is without offensive items giveing them cinderhulk and sunfire would litteraly break the game and make nothing but tanks viable

Yeah, but if they build sunfire, they will be overall less tanky, is what I was thinking. I do see your point though.
