I made a post that I deleted later because people downvoted and said that Viktor top and Irelia aren't OP. They say that they don't have any problems dealing with these 2 champs. What do u guys think? I, for one, am very confused.

Eleshakai1 votesI feel like adjusting the way his shield works to add greater windows of vulnerability toplane and improving his laser to keep the overall power neutral would probably go a long way, but I'm no balance expert.
MrFawknSunshine2 votesi have played vs victor top and have won lane vs him as maokai. i think the key to beating him as a melee is to have some sort of cc/gap closer to be able to lock him down for ganks.
he still has bad match ups as he had in mid lane. the only difference is he is going top lane to abuse his range against what is "meta " there.
vs irelia i have won and lost lanes to her. if she gets fed its over. big thing to beating her is dodging her stun and watching her passive.
i have also won alot vs akali top as maokai. she usually dont have the burst early to kill me 1 vs 1.
Phieldworker2 votesI think the issue with Viktor isn’t damage he is just annoying early game. But playing champs that can close the gap wreck him. People like Aatrox, Riven, Camille for starts can beat him.
