So how does deathfire touch work?
from my understanding it adds 20% or 10% ap to any spell over 2-3 seconds? Say i hit someone with a lulu q itll deal the 10% over 2 seconds to them? And the cool down is whatever time it takes to apply it?

Every time one of your damaging spells deals damage, you apply a non-stackable DoT that deals 10/20% of your AP as magic damage over 2/4 seconds. So for damage over time spells, it will refresh on every tick until the spell expires, and thus do several times the normal damage in most cases. Take it if you're a sustained damage AP.
