Even in urf where he can be on his pole permanently if he wants it is not his E that is fucking you it is that W and all that free damage he's dealing.
yes there are some champs that can't deal with the pole and the zhonyas and the more pole. Deal with it, he's a fucking assassin not everyone is supposed to be dealing with fizz or anyone 1v1.
if you don't like it then maybe try something other than ignite to your damn lane geesh

Theses aren't even as strong as Fizz's E, as they don't offer mobility and damage at the same time (Vlad can't go over walls and elise's E doesn'T do dmg)

vlads does % max hp damage, heals him, makes him go faster and makes him one of the most frustrating top laners that has existed in lol for years
elise's E gapclosing is manaless and is attached to a different kit with abilities similar to fizz's W that have been the target of the vast majority of her nerfs unlike her E. A reference to Elise only further supports my claim
