Right now it feels like most useless skill in his kit, just a scarecrow that works ONLY after death. Maybe instead of active ms bonus give him his old Cryptic Gaze, 1.5 sec stun? It's not op since it's only usable once and only after death.

Iceborn gauntlet I find to be almost useless for his passive and actually a fairly weak item path on him overall, frozen mallet on the other hand makes his passive wayyy more reliable but really I just think of his passive a bonus, A possibly game changing bonus if not dealt with properly.
His passive can be very strong, it's not meant as a revenge 1v1 kill it's meant for team fights. You die first and your opponents must burn even more CC on you or run or both leaving your teammates a window to kill them or back off.
Pvt Yong Tai1 votesReally? I find Iceborn Gauntlet to be a hugely affective item on Sion. It locks opponents in place long enough for you to get Qs off as long as they don't have a dash, keeps them in range for W, and between Q, E, Randuin's, Exhaust, and Iceborn (and Furor), I find it really easy to keep enemies locked down long enough for my ADC to clean house. Not to mention Iceborn gives a huge 125% bonus base AD steroid to Sion's basic attack (and Sion's base AD is really high).
The AP also helps with Sion's E's damage, which I use a LOT. But if you don't like it then that's fine by me.
Kuroi861 votesIt's for team fights. Ult to charge into the middle of the enemy team, blow your cooldowns, die, then come back and kill off one of their carries and wear down one of their tanks for your team to finish.
