I only learned 
toplane to deal with this pest. And I have been crushing Rivens left and right for seasons now. If there is one matchup that has engraved itself into the very essence of my soul, it's me as Lissandra against Riven.
So if more people play her, no problem. I'd even welcome it... >:)

Although, the only possible way for that would her to tp from base. Usually when up against my I poke them way too hard, so porting would be suicide.
And if she really gets fed, I can still shut her down in the teamfight, so that's not an issue. As long as she is the only one who is fed.

But thats super high elo and they can correctly use tp, Usually a riven would take ignite to get kills
