Will the removal of the furor enchant destroy certain ADC's

I just read the Patch notes completely and I must say I am very curious about how these changes are going to impact the game.

There was one particular thing that really caught my eye, and that was the furor boots enchantment. Now I don't really play ADC myself but I do know some ADC's are somewhat dependant on this enchant. What do you think the consequences will be for ADC's that really used this enchant nearly every game and will it change their winrates by a considerable amount?

Quinn main....no one got furor after the changes. Alacrity was better or you just didn't get one before the game ended

Draven and Kalista really depend on the boost of ms from furor to kite.

They removed all boot enchants.. I'm quite dissapointed that I won't be able to buy Distortion or Furor anymore, as both, in my eyes were extremely strong when paired with the right champions.

ADC's have other places where they can get ms. Tanks, juggernauts and bruisers will be the most affectd, imo

Furor was nice but not major on any adcs. Gnar on the other hand furor,bc,and hyper allowed him to out kite kals.
