How come Nasus and Renekton ult along with Sion W don't count as bonus heath?

I'm wondering, when I played my Renekton Jungle and ulted with cinderhulk, I didn't get more health from Cinderhulk.

I did some more testing in customs, this is the same with Nasus and Sion W health.

Any thoughts as to why this is the way it is?

This is due to how often cinderhulk updates it's values. Health gained from Sion w will update cinderhulk eventually but a Nasus or Reneekton ultimate might not last long enough for the effect to take place.
