Is it time for more bans?

In season 1 when the champion pool was ~60, Riot decided that both teams get to choose 3 champions each to ban in the draft format. Now in season 5, with the 124th champion being announced, isn't it time for teams to get more bans? Maybe 4-5 bans for each team?
