Bruiser/Juggernaut is way too efficient on AD Carries right now.

Kog'Maw going crazy with item 3124. Every AD Carry getting item 3053 or item 3156 or both. And then there's Blue Ezreal who heavily utilizes and relies on item 3025 which was made for TANKS and Off-Tanks who wanted to weave damage into their builds.

And it sucks because Bruisers and Juggernauts will suffer when the items get nerfed, but it's purely because Riot won't add any conditions to their items (outside of the Hydra items) like they did with Doran's Blade back when it restored flat HP on-hit.

Rageblade isn't a Juggernaut item.

It's the item 3089 or item 3031 for hybrid champions.

Though granted, it should probably have a Recurve bow in its build and be sitting at a price point compared to the other two core multiplicative items.

It's cleave is literally Melee Only. How is it not a Bruiser item?

EDIT: Or at least it f*cking should be.

Nope.

The OnHit splash damage thing works on everyone.

Well, that's a starting point if Riot wants to nerf Kog'maw then...

It takes twice as long for ranged champions to ramp it up.

It's no problem for Kog though because he attacks twice as fast.

Yep. Core hybrid item op! MasterYi XinZhao Udyr KogMaw Tryndamere Shyvana Nocturne We love the AP it gives and totally need it just as much as the AD and passive!

Hence my mention of the fact that it should probably have Recurve in its build and cost a hell of a lot more. The thing is so stat efficient for AD and IAS alone that champs who care little for the AP can still feel great about buying it. 's the problem with just dumping a shitload of raw stats onto an item instead of balancing it around passives that are only situationally useful.

Trynd, Kog, Xin and Udyr can actually make decent use out of the AP it gives as far as damage goes. Hell, Udyr gets a better shield out of it and Trynd and Xin get better heals, too.

True, but its not very relevant. Before Rageblade got buffed the only person that actually used Rageblade SOMETIMES was Jax, and it wasn't very efficient except in some hybrid builds, specifically super tanky.

I mean, Trynd's heal is amplified by 12 health with no stacks, and 21.6 with all 8 stacks. Not really noticeable at all except for that one time every few games you live with like 5 HP. Kog only makes slight use out of the AP given with less than 0.75% max health with the AP per hit, and 104 damage with a full rotation with max stacks(122 with them below 50% health when he ults), not to mention magic resist reducing it further. Udyr only gets 122 extra damage with all 5 seconds of his initial R and one proc of the passive with full stacks, and 36 extra shield.

The person that makes the most out of it is Xin - and only with his heal(his E only does 43 extra damage) - and Jax.
