What can I do?

So im stuck in b4. No i don't consider myself great but I have been doing quite good lately and am close to getting out. I win a game but then the next game is basically a gaurantted lost. Last game im nasus, 700 ish stacks near the end of game. Lets start with the alistar. He did not talk the ENTIRE game, he built tri force manamune and some other AD items. The vayne AND alistar both fed while running into 1v5's and stuff. Fizz was toxic af but did decent. So i would begin by ulting in their team hoping my team was actually going to follow up. But of course only warwick and fizz do. Alistar and vayne just walk away from the fight as soon as it starts. So my question, how can i get out of bronze with trolls like this?
