I'm comparing them because they both get free crit #dealwithit. I had a game once where our Malzahar ulted a Tryndamere and he was still able to get his ult off. Dumbest sh*t I'ver ever seen. And I've had a game where our malphite ulted the enemy team, but Yasuo couldn't take advantage of it because Blitz cc'd him.

I compared two champs that actually have a lot in common. You compared a living thing (things technically) to an inanimate object.

Most of trynd's kit power is in his ult, while yasuo has it spread out alot more throughout his kit. trynd doesn't have a knockup, nor a dash thats ALWAYS up, nor can he block projectiles. they both have different weaknesses, as yasuo can deal with kiting much easier than him, and tryndamere can outduel much better than yasuo, thanks to his ult. They are pretty different champs.
Thats like saying malphite is similar to kayn because they both use knockups and have at least 1 AD scaling ability in their kit, and have the ability to burst people down, and can also both be tanky.

They're not really that different. They both get a crit modifier and they both highly rely on autos for damage (Tryndamere a bit moreso than Yasuo, but I'm not gonna play semantics here). They both have a dash, except Tryndamere's is a million times better than Yasuo's because he doesn't need a target to use it and can get over walls WAY more easily with it. And yea he can't block projectiles, but he can just ult himself and make all of them useless. They both have ways to avoid damage. So if you really think about their kits they are extremely similar. The only difference is Yasuo actually takes skill since he literally NEEDS to hit his 'q' if he wants to ult.

I think it would be a good buff, because ulting to escape cc lock doesn't necessarily guarantee you'll be positioned well after. Just make it so if he's escaping any cc his shield is off after ulting

TimX24968B1 voteswouldn't this include pantheon, rengar, and shaco too? they both get free crit, so should they be allowed to ult through CC? and how exactly is "free crit" being defined? yasuo only gets his once he builds crit, and tryndamere has to hit stuff to get his crit, so technically theres no "guaranteed crits" in their kit.
