Ki Burst (W): AD increased from 100% bAD to 130% bAD
Blade of the Exile (R): Wind Slash minimum damage increased from [100/150/200 (+60% bAD)] to [175/250/325 (+90% bAD)]

To be honest though, this isn't surprising---Riven is getting a prestige edition skin next patch. Riot's gotta get that $$$ even if it comes at the expense of balanced gameplay I guess

You missed, or it just wasn't there as of 7 hours ago, the point with the ult where the bonus damage gained from low health% is down from (0-200%) to (0-100%).

I was going to say, she's getting a shiny new skin. Its just part of life afterall. What, do you think she's cait where she can get a legendary skin and nerfed in the same patch? Hah. Or Sivir when she got the victorious skin.

Welp, we always thought Veigar ult did unreasonable early burst damage but right now, a melee high mobility champion does more than that..good luck picking Riven at ranked Riven mains. Now she will reach 90% banrate guaranteed
