The patch is how old again? You're talking about a champ with one of the highest ban rates in the game..... give it a few days He'll be back 53%+ soon enough.
Hell in the hour since you posted he's already at 51% in Plat+ and climbing.
52 and 54% in Gold and Diamond which make up most of the player base.
Man that 10 damage was really fucking important.
I stand with my opinion that sett didn't need nerfs and was fine.

It's just day 1, give it a bit of time.
Most people are used to having that shield up almost twice as often as it is, so they die and lose more when they realize it's not up again.
Pre nerf, with 40% cdr, Haymaker had a cooldown of 4.8s, not it's 7.8, and sure, it doesn't sound much, but when you look at it, 15.6 is what it now takes to use it twice, while before in that same time frame you would use it 3 times, and most Sett builds made sure he can last enough to drop at least a second cast, but now he can't, so yea....
