I've been enjoying ARAM a lot more then SR lately
And it made me realize something.
When you don't play against the same 10-20 gigabusted champions every game League is actually still fun.

Havent played this game in 2 weeks. I realised something , this game isnt fun anymore. Hasnt been fun since they removed options from the game , masteries, old runes, vision options ( old school players will remember unlimited warding) , the fukton of items they removed etc. ... list goes on
game's a boring pro play oriented shitshow now . thats not to mention the trash client, MM, horrid balance and so on.
Just quit mate , fuk it.

I feel like I enjoy ARAM more simply because all the other game modes have been removed. It's the ONLY game mode that ISN'T SR and that's probably the biggest appeal to me about it.
ARAM is all I've been playing since it came out. Seriously, SR could disappear tomorrow and I wouldn't be able to care less. If ARAM ever vanished, so would I and I've been playing this game since the beta.

what are you talking about lol? aram is the same way, especially cause of the aram mains who make accounts just to only own those champs for better chance at getting it
Aram is 10 times as cancerous as sr. With so much more broken shit. The reason its fun is because it's not competitive, it's a laid back have fun game mode. No rank and no reason to win besides winning. If you add a aram ranked, then it becomes more flamed then sr ranked
I'd argue that's more because of the fact that ARAM is still a gamemode relatively untouched by the constant competitiveness of the League community, that corrupts anything they can get their hands on, like forming a Meta in URF. It figures you'd have more fun in a for fun game mode than the game mode where even in normals people treat like it's life and death, but that's just my annoyance with normals projecting probably.
Well it also helps that when a team that is clearly wining can't dick around and back to heal in spawn or farm a sidewave or something stupid that isn't getting objectives. Not to say that in aram they can't waste time by just killing people as they spawn, but if even if they do that then the superminions will get the win for them so they cant prolong a painful game too much.
But don't you worry that will get boring as well as the only "gamemodes" that will come around are arurf, arurf and now ARporo.
Yeah, ARAM is a lot more casual and fun. It's good for a change up when ranked is stressing you out.
The problem is that ARAM's broken champs are a lot more broken than SR's broken champs.
i mean a ton of ppl beg for more gamemodes not less. but you know riot: oh you want more gamemodes? lul goodbye rotating gamemodes.
Personally, I really hate ARAM.
Don't get me wrong, I actually really do like the AR part, but the AM is complete cancer to me.
Pure teamfight or poke/siege and that is it. Completely removes the flanking tactics on many of the champions I liked to play.
If the enemy team rolls a better teamcomp, you 100% lose immediately, and there's no map objectives or splitpushing or any other way to play around them except run straight into their face and die.

I've gone back to playing Maplestory of all games.
Yes. Me too. Im not sure why. When SR got updated i started playing ARAM a lot more. My main reason is that i dont have to plan or think what im gonna play.
I have been playing only Teamfigth Tactics for a month. I played one game in Summoners Rift yesterday and it was horrible. I'm not coming back there unless they change a ton of things.
I swear the balance team gets paid for doing nothing rigth now.
ARAM is normally what I play if I don't have a buddy online to play draft or ranked with. It feels like so much less of a commitment and much more laid back. Also allows me to play and learn a wide variety of champs and not stress about trying to win.
Because SR is on par with the boom boom pow of ARAM so why waste all the time?
Let me see... With Riot embracing Aram-only accounts, matchmaking being even a bigger joke, Aram "balance" changes being a joke as well...
No, it's not about Summoner Rift or Aram: it's about the whole game and this company "managing" it the asian way.
Me too tbh. I'll play sr with friends mostly but if I'm alone I'll go aram or poro king. It's way more fun because of its wacky nature. And if u have a bad game it'll end soon anyway while in sR games are decided since minute 10-15 and ure stuck there for 15 more minutes suffering and getting one shot by everything.
