Riot's atrocious math around the JG "buffs"

You're not giving Junglers "about Half" of the XP lost between 4-18 mins. Your giving them about half of the flat nerfs. But you removed catchup XP from the Jungle item, you're actually only giving Junglers about 6.25% of what they lost. Because about 350 of the 400 XP junglers is in catchup XP.
You're also massively nerfing Krugs. The problem with Krugs is the medium sized Krugs are extremely time inefficient kill. Putting a beyond trivial amount of gold and XP into little krugs wont help as any Jungler doing the camp won't be killing 4 of the 6 little krugs the vast majority of the time.
Also can we talk about this whole "Plat+" thing. Junglers in Pro play and Challenger Elo are much more significantly behind then 400xp. As you admitted Junglers in lower elo are also behind can't you just say Plat+Diamond. Why would you guys balance the core gameplay mechanics around those 2 elos, 90-95% of your player base is gold and below and if you wanna balance around skilled gameplay you should balance around Pro/Challenger. Balancing the game around 5-10% of your playerbase that is above avg. but still not elite doesn't make sense IMO.
All in all. These are more JG nerfs and i'll be sticking to mid.
