Kind of ridiculous that you 100% cannot function as Kennen if the enemy team has any disengage or targeted CC.
Fiddle pretty much got this with the recent update, now fix it for Kennen.

His E is very powerful, especially after Janna presses R, locking him down for half the duration, and then slowing him to 200 MS. Some really great mobility there. He can totally almost get in strike range with it.

It's on a 10-9-8-7-6 Cool Down. Now put 40% CDR on that. 6-5-5-4-4 Cool Down.
So you get 200% Movement Speed Bonus every 4 to 6 Seconds. On a 335 Move Speed Champion, so that's 670 Move Speed just off your E every 4-6 Seconds once you get your Items.
That's mobile.
Which didn't even add Boots, nor Boots Enchantment. Nor Move Speed Items.
So I'm sorry you suck so much you need more than 670 Move Speed every 4 to 6 Seconds, lasting for 2 Seconds.
As for me being Bronze... how about you tell those people writing Guides that your Rank makes you smarter than them?
Add in most builds giving Kennen a Rylai's Crystal Scepter, which will SLOW enemies... he's effectively faster then.
And of course he Stun... how fast do people moved when Stunned? Oh yeah, 0 MS.
So he has an insane Move Speed Steroid on a very short CD, buys an Items that gives a Slow to Targets he lands Abilities on, and a Stun.
Have you ever thought that perhaps, despite being the God of League, that you just don't play Kennen well? Has that EVER crossed your mind?
Of course not, you're way to good for that. SO it MUST be the Champion's Fault.
Just for you Riot should give him 2,000 MS Base.
Seems every single Guide on Kennen I read discusses how he is great at Escaping, great at Chasing, great at Repositioning... sounds like Mobility to me.
But what do I know. I'm Bronze. So those Diamonds and Above I read the guides of must be complete idiots as well. Because apparently being Bronze means you don't know how to read.

Apparently you don't, because I'm Diamond and main Kennen.
You don't even know how his E works if you think it doubles his movement speed. It doesn't. He gets a small portion of the advertised bonus.
