Can we get a Twitch Rework/Buff?

TL;DR Twitch is the lesser version of Kalista, and I'd like to see him be buffed in the future possibly!

is my favorite ADC by far, but the only problem I have with him is how weak he is compared to some other ADC's, and I know you can't have a meta without having weak champions, but is basically a worse version of . He is great in the aspect of team fighting, but he can get picked off so easily, even with ult. The reasons I think you should buff/rework Twitch are. His escape is extremely worse than Kalista's escape, and not only that, but she can make the support escape if needed post-6, Kalista's Rend stacks are far more powerful, and have no cap while Twitch's Expunge caps at 6, and doesn't deal nearly as much damage, and finally Kalista's kiting is so good, it makes Twitch's ult seem useless, because Twitch's ult is used for kiting, and not to mention Kalista has amazing kiting pre-6, Twitch only has decent kiting post-6.

Twitch's escape makes him invisible for 4 seconds, after not being hit for 1.5 seconds, but if hit will make the 1.5 seconds longer. Now the after effect on Twitch's Q is great, and I think the bonus attack speed was a good choice on him, and has great synergy combined with ult, but when used for escaping it's not that good, and isn't he supposed to be sneaky? Rats can usually hide in the shadows but Twitch couldn't seem to find a hiding place before they counted to 10. The Q is great for engaging, but escaping? It's a last resort.

Twitch's Expunge and Poison = 1/4 their health gone. Kalista Rend is uncapped, she can throw as many spears in you as she wants, and then burst you down just by pressing E. It just doesn't seem fair. Twitch's secondary says assassin, but he can't assassinate nearly as good as Kalista can with his E. Not to mention he can't Dragon or Baron with his E either. Twitch may be able to hit multiple targets with his ult, and can expunge the whole team, but Kalista can just get Runaan's Hurricane, and burst the whole team down by pressing E, and chase them down with her passive. Twitch got to wait for that 1.5 seconds to chase the enemy team.

Lastly, Twitch's ult is meant for team fight's, and kiting and positioning, and you have to be in an insane position to hit the whole enemy team, and kudos to you Twitch players who can do that, but Kalista can just kite around everyone with her insane attack speed, and not even have to worry about positioning since she can change her position whenever she needs to, simply impossible to catch her out, unless you have a point and click CC, or you have a really good team synergy, and they can land stuns/snares. If Twitch gets caught out with ult (and yes it's extremely possible with all these new assassins) he can't do much to help himself, and that's what makes him such an easy target for the enemy team to focus Twitch.

Sorry if this sounds like a rant, and I'm trying to make this as nice as possible, but I feel like Kalista is just a better Twitch, and I find no reason to pick Twitch over Kalista in any game, unless you either have a team built around him, or you main Twitch, and have won a lot of games with him. I know a lot of people will disagree with me, and that's okay this is just my opinion, and I thank you for taking your time to read this post, but I just want Twitch to fit in a little better as the Marksman/Assassin he is, and not just be some lower clone copy of Kalista.
