He really needs his passive stacks to all fall off at once rather than one at a time.
Because that worked so well for every other character with a crap ton of utility. I'm not saying his numbers couldn't use a drop, but it's probably not the best way to bring him in line. I'm in favor of a removal of the speed boost on his ally consume and increased CD on his Q to start.
