Xin Zhao Patch 6.9

After the removal of devourer, Xin is even worse to play against than before.

Why?

Because the new rageblade gives him the benefit of devourer while not having to farm stacks in the jungle for it. He scales in damage and sustain with it, thanks to his hybrid scaling. Which also gives him heals, free crits every 2 hits, and earlier in the game than before. He simply benefits too much from it.

The free crits, are the biggest problem with Xin zhao. In lane, reaching level 3 lets Xin out duel 9/10 toplaners without them being able to fight back. Because he gets heals, an attack speed boost, and crits out of one ability with low cost.

Combined with his triple stab, which does get its damage increased by aforementioned free crits, it allows him to out damage and out sustain most champions in lane.

I would suggest removing the free crits, or changing them to be a part of his active instead of a passive.

I've been tired of xin zhao since the needless buff

I think the only thing that saves us from playing against one every single game is he is a very boring champion with a very boring kit

His crit is on-attack, not on hit. The rageblade passive does not interact with his crit at all. The bonus damage on his Q also does not crit. You are misinformed. Also, Xin Zhao's win rate is at 45.66%, so if anything, he actually needs a buff.
