So let's discuss lulu's passive and spell effects
so when I started experimenting I came up with something that sounded exciting, which was potential synnergy with rylai's/liandry's and some other utility based ap items.
a quick trip to the wiki finds out that no. it does not in fact proc spell effects or on hit effects, which made me sad.
I know why this is, constantly being able to proc lichbane and luden's early on without needing to cast spells would be the strongest thing ever (kind of like
but we're gonna ignore him because his has cooldowns or something.)
except I've heart people say lulu can use it to pop spellshields easily with just autos, which means at one point it was considered or coded as a spell, and with pix spitting magic around it'd be a shame if he weren't able to use these items to his limited fairy capacity.
what I propose in order to fuel my super onspell lulu build would be to allow it to proc these spell (not on hit, so no lichbane, and doesn't actually count as the spell half of the lichbane proc) effects with certain restrictions, maybe at 50% effectiveness. while it may just end up becoming a build that sacrifices shield utility for a 10% slow and 1% current health burn with some occasional bursts of damage, but being able to bind that to pix and give that to an adc like vayne or kog would be super cool and be another piece of flexibility to my favourite champion's kit, as well as allowing her to double proc spellthief's and perhaps give me a reason to build it again.
but maybe I'm biased, maybe that's too much cancer with kog already constantly in danger of surpassing god tier these days.
