From the beginning of the patch she was like 46% but now its 48.94%. Im quite positive that the rework was a success in making her flexible with waveclear and stealth, yet still being a immense threat at early-midgame.
I wonder how further it can go.

Early game if I'm dumb enough to stand in the minion wave to get hit by her W/Q then I deserve it, at any point if I'm walking around in the open and allow myself to be chained I deserve it and if I blow my CC in front of her and choose to stick around while she all ins me then I deserve it.

Her options on capitalising mistakes are really solid now with multiple options, so I seriously dont know why people say she is gutted. ...Her winrate is like the highest in several months, and this is even starting to become a tank meta where assassins fail.
Like pre-rework she was BS, but was VERY predictable somehow.

Like these people are probably the ones who were not going in depth in using her. WQR was like one of the most un-interactive options that leblanc had. It was unfair, AND can be easily negated with some MR.

I find myself actually counting how long i have during my DiveGame before i can pop back with W whereas before, 9-10s most people just immediately press W again.
it's way more engaging now.
Leblanc had so much depth to her that the majority just weren't using because "lol Q-R-W so ez" Before her rework, the most fun i had with her was while just juking around with her and playing mindgames with my opponent instead of trying to kill them.
I can't express enough how much more rewarding Leblanc is now.
