@Riot Smiting blue buff gives you mana, what about those who don't use mana in the jungle?

And not those that use health like Zac , I'm talking Aatrox Tryndamere Shen LeeSin RekSai , they either use energy, fury, or have a blood well.

What if when those champs smited blue, they gained some energy/fury/blood well back?

When I first say the new jungle and how blue gave back mana when you smited it, I thought energy champs would be granted energy when they smite it, but sadly they don't.

It makes more sense for energy users to gain energy back, and less sense for the fury and blood well users, but could this happen please Riot?

I don't mean to want to buff Lee Sin guys, I just want to know why this can/can't happen and if it should/shouldn't happen.

Edit: Aatrox does use health, but I want to know if he could gain some blood in his blood well from smiting blue.

Smiting Gromp gives damage based on bonus health, what about non-tank junglers? part of the game is knowing what benefits you and what doesn't. If smiting blue doesn't benefit you beyond damage................. then don't. Not every buff has to pander to every champion.

The difference is that smiting blue buff is ONLY useful to champs that use mana. Champs that don't use mana get nothing from smiting blue other than securing it from a steal. Even though the gromp helps squishy junglers less, it still gives them a little something, even if it isn't by as great of a factor. I think the blue should definitely give something to manaless junglers. It just seems you aren't getting very good value from your smite if you take a jungler that doesn't use mana.

Gromp does % BONUS health. It is quite literally almost useless for non-health stacking junglers, and is only smited because that thing has so much freaking health. Even in a team fight, its not worth it, and raptors or wolves are more or less always better late game for nontank junglers. Also, what about ability based junglers like Syndra smiting krugs? it doesn't do anything for her. Which means she should be smart and not smite them. (ignore the fact that Syndra jungle is a ridiculous idea, it works and her ganks with a Q->e->q->w->q->r are unreal).

Part of smite buffs is realizing what helps you and what doesn't. You are choosing to play a mana-less champion, and therefore waste stats on items like lichbane and sheen. That is the tradeoff of playing a manaless champion, you don't benefit from things that are supposed to help out mana champions where they are, objectively, weaker than non-mana using champions (sustain).
