How can I get honor 2

My friend needs a top laner for clash and I am honor 1 3 out of 3 checkpoints before honor 2. I have been here for about 3 weeks now maybe longer. What is the best way to get to honor 2 so I can help my friend out?

Well since Clash was today, you're pretty much out of luck. Honor takes weeks to months to go up each level

I just don’t understand how I can be at the same checkpoint for about 2 months and not go up

Were you punished? Like a ban of some sort, that's the only thing I know of that'd put you there. And so, it takes a lot longer to climb up because it's also part of the punishment system

Iirc, it helps the more you play and the more honors you get from strangers instead of friends. I believe that's the fastest way to get your honor back up, but I know the process is still extremely slow.
