Riot Request: Please do more dev corner followups

The followups on Skarner and Garen are interesting, even if not everyone agrees with them. At least we can see what Riot thinks and state our own opinion arguing against or for theirs after having experienced everything for a while, and get a realistic expectation of any future changes.

I'd love to see more of these, I want to hear what Riot thinks about my beloved Quinn, how Riot thinks Poppy has been, whether we can expect Kalista to get some love that increases her power while making her less frustrating to play against.
