What is the meta? What are the changes?

Mages where being relevant again with Luden's Echo. Even last patch tanks could outfight mages because they are resistant. I will not say that things like the targeted nerf of Ekko was bad, but the change to Luden's is going to make mage's not relevant to the game again. Once the carries are out, there will stand nothing but tanks because they are the only ones that survive in the meta. I'm sorry that you don't want one AP item on every mage, but you can't just take the only thing that made them have an impact on the game away.
