Cinderhulk really hasn't changed much

Sejuani and Amumu currently have the highest win rates in the game. But their win rates were pretty high even before this item was introduced. Champions with AOE ults like Fiora, Wukong, Leona, and Swain are also pretty high up there (and were high before this item was introduced). Most of the other jungers in this game have a pretty average win rate (about 50%), and the numbers honestly haven't changed much with cinderhulk. So, in conclusion, the OP junglers are still OP. Cinderhulk just made them slightly more viable. It's not an item that makes a champion broken. It's the champion itself. Items simply augment a champion's power. So please stop talking about this "tank meta" that doesn't exist. Most junglers in this game built tanky anyways before this item was introduced (name me one jungler who hasn't bought randuins omen).

Okay fine. We have a rat who is almost NEVER played in the jungle. And I forgot about fiddlesticks. He never gets it. But other than these 2, pretty much everyone gets randuins omen.

Do you watch competitive? Or even play this game, at all? Cinderhulk changed the entire meta and even made some top laners bring smite just to get it.

And have their win rates gone up significantly because of this item? Not really. A lot of the champions who were OP before this item are still OP now, and those that weren't are about the same in terms of win rates.
