Why Aatrox Q doesn't work well
Other champion abilities where they do some kind of dash, causes an effect when they collide. However, Aatrox Q only has an effect when it lands. Hence, he gets stopped when he hits other champions dive or mobility abilities, like against Riven or Gragas.
Not having a reliable movement ability is quite awful. So many champions can go invisible or blink to a location, or dive without fear of the movement being stopped, such as Jax, or their dive interrupts anyone hit. but with Aatrox you are always vulnerable.
The other think that is very annoying about it all is that if you see champion about to do some CC action, and you react by diving away, in your mind of course you see your champion well out of range of the ability, but because the enemy hit the button, it still gets you and knocks you down. Or like, Garen goes to silence you and you dive away, and his sword animation goes after you are landed away from him, and you still get silenced.
Aatrox should get a bonus with Hellbent and Ult on his dive. During Hellbent or Massacre, Aatrox Dark Flight slams any champion he collides with mid flight down to the ground, while still landing and executing his normal knock up.
OR, when BOTH Hellbent and Massacre are active, Dark Flight can not be interrupted.
