Edit: Well actually, . Tahm's health is limited by items/runes/masteries and therefore so is his shield, but Sion has infinite health stacking on his Soul Furnace passive and therefore infinite size W and FotM shield.

Braum's shield is the size of a door. So pretty sure he wins.

Don't forget Blitz. If he went full mana he could very well possibly have a 2k+ shield.

Tahm can theoretically shield for 99.9% of his HP, but it falls off.

Sion's shield scales of Max HP and he scales infinitely with health, so that plus FotM would be 20% of max health which could also be 2k+ shield come lategame and good Sion CS.

And meanwhile, poor Shen has a low duration shield that scales off AP and offers nothing else except maybe 200 damage protection for 3 seconds. I'm so glad he's getting the rework he deserves.
