The QoL that Garen need!!

Garen need this fixes

1-His Auto Attack animation to complete faster (like they do with katarina when they nerf her Base ATTACK SPEED) and to be less heavy because it look and feel like he would never complete the attack.!!

2-His Q animation need to be faster and smoother

3-His ulti cast animation need to be faster like cho Ulti right now it take almost a second to complete the animation of the ulti...i mean..wth...

4-His Spin (and this is more like personal ) need to deal bonus damage to monsters in order garen to be able to play as a jungler too!!
