Allow Lee Sin to Tiamat while flying

When lee sin is flying mid resonating strike (2nd q) can he be allowed to use his tiamat? I don't see why he can't do this as can both activate mid air.

Would be a pretty cool change, but Riot is very inconsistent about these kinds of things. Kha'Zix W used to be able to be cast midair but they disabled it for balance. Some dashes can have things cast during the period, some can't.

well lee is literally the lowest win rate jungler in the game (after elise) so i think some rules can be bent for this

To be fair, Lee's had a really low winrate for a long time, even when he was broken.

I upvoted for accuracy but the REAL reason they took away KZ W midair was to ruin my fun.

The only reason Lee's win rate is so low is that so many scrubs with no skill play him. I'm pretty sure every Lee Sin main has a good win percentage since he has ALWAYS been on the OP side.

True, but that has more to do with champions like Gragas and RekSai being too OP rather than Lee being weak.
