I honestly, to this day, still have NO idea how to counter Quinn. I'm lucky enough that I haven't played against one since like midseason 6, but if I do I feel like I'm likely to lose from sheer ignorance.
How do you play against her?
Jbels3 votesPlay Gragas into her. Constantly harass her with Barrels and try not to let her get in range for an E into auto combo. When you all in her, you HAVE to land the stun. If you don't, you're going to lose hard. After landing the stun, WALK BETWEEN HER AND HER TOWER> This will force her to hold on to her E until she can vault back towards her tower, and that's a huge amount of damage she won't have early on (because harrier proc plus distance to kite you). If they are dumb enough to vault after you get between them, she is now inside of your minion wave and probably taking a lot of damage from their agro. She flashes or dies. Now she has no flash and you're still on her. Beat her with Grasp Procs over the head until she dies

The reason Gragas works is because Quinn cannot E off his E. If she tries, she gets knocked back/stunned instead of you, and she doesn't flip anywhere.
Maokai would probably work too because he goes untargetable during his W, which can be used to dodge stuff (Harrier auto, Q, E if you're fast) and roots her (so she can't E you the moment you come out of untargetability, and then you can Q her back). However, Maokai's damage does fall off, I believe, and once Quinn gets her core, if she's any good, you won't be able to kill her unless your W comes up soon.

Elkington1 votesI personally don't find her that difficult to deal with and I rarely ever play mobile champs. Her E is her only escape and it's situationally useful at best. She's also like one of the squishiest champs in the game. Her range isn't much better than Graves, but unlike him she doesn't get free resists and her full combo requires her to use her escape offensively, which isn't spammable.
Try playing someone with hard CC and burst against her, or someone with more than one gap closer. Playing a tank into her is probably the easiest option, since she has to be fed to have a mid-late game, while a tank doesn't.

She is totally useless against a death ball barreling down mid lane destroying everything in it's path. She is also kinda useless in team fights. Despite being one of my favorite champs, I rarely play her when I really want to win because she is so dog shit easy to deny, even if she got fed in the lane phase, the enemy team starts bunching up, you can't do shit. It legit becomes 4v5.
