Matchmaking Problems

I want to learn the ADC Role so I decided to make a smurf account. As a level 10, I got matched against a silver 4 lee sin. Considering that after lee, the highest level player in the game was level 19, that is definitely weird. I am not able to post screenshots for some reason but I found out the rank of lee sin and the levels of the other players through kassad.in. This was annoying because I am HORRIBLE at adc since I main tanks and lee was playing his main champ in his main role as well as being 20 levels higher and ranked.
