Is Anyone Else Getting Lag Without Their Ping Changing?

This has only been a problem for me in the last couple of patches, but I seem to be "screen lagging"(just made up that term...It isn't really regular lag because my ping doesn't change). What I mean by that is things happen in the game as soon as I want them to (press a button or click the mouse), but it takes a second or so for my screen to load it. The weird thing is that everything else updates normally on my screen. Let me give an example...I am Nasus in lane vs a Jarvan...Jarvan presses q to poke me at the same time I press q to farm a minion...I see the J4 q immediately as it happens, and then a second later I see the +20 Gold pop-up as the minion dies and as the minion is dying my q sort of animates (I get the stacks like normal). Over the past couple patches I've noticed it primarily on Nasus q's but this patch I noticed it in a Fiora game as well.

Just to be clear I have a Mac Book Pro 13" Retina display and it has been able to run League at 70+ fps and 50ms since I've been playing this game.

If anyone found a way to fix this issue please let me know...it may be some default in-game settings changed by RIOT

Hey there, sorry you're having these issues. It sounds like your problem is packet loss, so please head over to the Connection Troubleshooting Log Reader. There, you can submit the Network logs from your match(es) and the log reader will show if you were having ping spikes and packet loss.

It will then direct you to solutions. Please work through the solutions it suggests, and if you need assistance or they do not work post on the Help & Support board and we'll try to help.

You can also narrow down the source of latency or packet loss by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP for NA (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);
