Individualize Hotkey Settings for each Champion?

I thought about this when I decided to play Vladimir today for the first time. His E (Tides of Blood) makes his combo feel really clunky while in quick cast, so I changed it to manual cast. The problem is, the moment I switch back to playing a champion like Illaoi, I could forget to turn E quick cast back on and just boosted monkey an easy level 2 trade. I think it would be nice if either your hotkey settings saved by champion, OR, allow the user to edit a default hotkey setting in the client, and if you had not previously edited a hotkey setting for the champion that you are currently playing (like you are playing them for the first time or the default that you edited works perfectly), it would just use the default. The moment you change the default while IN GAME, it would then save just on that champion. This just removes the chance that you may forget to put an ability on quick cast and just give up a free kill to start the laning phase.
