Fizz and Shaco have AT LEAST a 52% winrate everywhere from silver on up
Ok, let me expand on this. Fizz has a 52% winrate in bronze, and Shaco has a 51% winrate there. You know these champs are broken when even low elo players are having success with them. The fact is they have almost no counterplay in their kits and their kits are just super loaded. Please give them some more counterplay or nerf them. Thanks.
