Garen currently has a 49.55% winrate. He still feels strong and is fairly balanced. And please don't compare Poppy and Garen. Their kits are completely different along with their playstyles.

Poppy isn't getting a damage increase... she's just getting a bigger shield and lower CD on her passive and a higher MS gain. Not that big of a buff, but it's all right.
LegitBusinessman2 votesPoppy's balance in general is still horrendous. Build full tank, one shot squishies. Has a gap close to do it. I'd rather tanks be CC bots that require a teammate to capitalize on the initiation.
