Some games are disappearing after they end

This occurred in ranked 3s where the first game of our provisional team vanished after we won. We noticed this after winning our second game and realizing our score was only 1-0. While we won 3 games league shows the games won as 2. While the game does appear in our match history, it does not appear in the ranked team match history.
