Can we get a buff for Shen shield?

Shen's shield is very very underwhelming. At max rank it has base 220 with a 60% AP ratio. Problem is Shen doesn't build AP since tank items are in general better on him. His kit promotes a very conflicting build. While he has AP ratios on all of his abilities, his passive and his heal from his Q are based on his HP. Since Shen typically does not build AP the 60% ratio is essentially useless and at max rank his shield is a measly 220.

Meanwhile shield has a 17% max HP ratio

shield has a 10% max HP ratio

and have a passives that gives 10% max HP shields

Please give Shen shield a 5-10% max hp ratio. His shield is currently underwhelming and could use some help. (10% may be a bit high seeing as the CD on his shield is fairly low)
