Veigar doesn't feel satisfying at all

His E has to be the worst-feeling move to land in the game now. Playing him on PBE and Live, it didn't matter how smart I played and all the actual skill required to bait people into the walls is gone. I spent most games hoping they'd be dumb enough to run into my wall because people who play mobile champs usually play like spastics anyway. If I don't get them in my box at all then it's a missed stun; if I get them in the box but they aren't touching my wall, then.. it's a missed stun.

Can we revert this next patch? This is basically a punch in the face to people who actually practiced outsmarting people with his E.
