Keep the new W. Make her Ultimate good again. Make her Q apply On-Hit effects again.

Riot implemented these changes due to the rise in ap Mf players, she's been butchered from her original role just as ez was back in the day. She's being fine tuned, but don't expect a return to On-Hit effects longest poke q ever again. An Mf with a lvl 3 red buff was an easy win.

A Miss Fortune1 votesMiss Fortune is a lower tier ADC right now for many reasons.
-Her passive is useless unless you roam, but even then...
-Her Q doesn't hit where you want it to hit
-Her E can easily be dodged
-Her Ultimate can easily be dodged or easily interrupted
On top of all of this, her abilities don't do that much damage unless you play AP Miss Fortune and even her auto attacks deal significantly less damage then mostly every other ADC like Vayne.
Miss Fortune really needs to be updated to fit in with other ADCs because she really doesn't counter many if any at all and doesn't have many reasons to choose her over Vayne, Lucian, Corki, Sivir, etc.
ABlueQuaker1 votesMF used to hit like a truck after a couple of items. Her initial Q and Q bounce used to do the same damage so it didn't matter where it bounced for the most part. I agree with all of your points.
Her ultimate does nothing AND is easily stopped. At least it used to do some damage before the channel got interrupted.
I really don't mind her E except it needs the GP treatment so damage is applies evenly.
