Can RIot do an instant ban for those doing the Garen Bug?

if you cancle is e then do it again you can have 100% e all the time but when he does it he does 4x the damage he does 100% of the damage in 1 second instead of 4 seconds

Honestly, Garen's E could do true damage, and he'd still be balanced in URF. If you let him get close to you, you're dead regardless.

its not a bug. its a feature of his e. If you cancel the e you get refunded a bit of cd. the problem on urf is that the cd is lowered by 80% already plus the damage goes in ticks.

i thought, because the duration of the spin is longer than its cooldown, that 2 spins overlap. if that gets removed though, then at least let his spin ticks scale up past lvl 16.

though i have to say. even though the damage is really op on a full ad build, almost everyone in this gamemode has something op, and garen would be really bad without this bug in urf against all those champions with mobility tools on a second cooldown.

have you tried fighting a fizz on basically any champion?

I know that it can be up 100% I'm not talking about that I don't care about that but I don't see why it does still all the damage as if he didn't undo it, pants are dragaon said its a big bug

Urf isn't a competitive game mode, it's an april fools joke thats some parts of the community take too seriously. Noones going to get banned or punished even a little for playing urf as long as they're not trolling their own teamates. If you want a fair and balanced game mode go play the actual game instead of the weekend mod.

is this urf specific

i've played a lot of garen and never encoutnered this in a normal game
