But now so many people think he needs nerfs after getting a .25 less delay on w and AP for kills and assists. I find it ridiculous to see how quick "Veigar is awful and needs buffs." Changes to "WHAT THE FUCK NO COUNTERPLAY."

Since when dodging Q, W and E is not counterplay? Brand does even more damage for first 20 mins with his EQWR. Leblanc deals more damage while having full-targeted combo and mobility.

And it can be dodged too. Even if you got inside it, you can still dodge his W without touching walls
