Riot, thank you for reworking Morellonomicon

New 
is a wet dream for a bunch of champions.
For example, 
. With old Morello, you would have the wasted mana - even though the other stats were amazing on Vladimir. Also, with old Morello only inflicting Grievous Wounds when under 35% health, purchasing it just for the GW wasn't worth at all. So Vladimir's closest viable option for a GW item was literally 
which, as you know, is actually useless against certain sustain champions like 
or opposing Vlad.
But with new Morello, he actually has a viable GW option to use against opposing sustain champions. People say that new Morello is a nerf to Vlad, because now APs have a consistent GW option to use against him. But it is also a buff for Vlad himself, because he can now actually combat sustain abusers, like enemy ADCs or Yasuo that stack lifesteal and would outheal Vlad because of this and because they can build 
. Also, Vladimir deals a bunch of AoE damage, allowing him to easily apply GW to multiple enemies.
As a enchanter support like 
new Morello is a wet dream too. Now they actually have a non-troll option to inflict GW on enemies. Yes, Morellonomicon isn't an ideal item for supports, and is expensive when you consider their low gold income. But, in situations where your allies refuse to buy GW items, you now, as an enchanter support, no longer have to resort to purchasing which is useless for them in every way. You now have an item that actually gives useful stats (AP enhances shields and most of their other skills, and the health is good to have a little bit of extra tankyness) and this item doesn't need to be sold late game.
Against Soraka, most mages love the new Morello. Especially the AoE ones. The AoE ones (like Brand) can inflict GW to multiple enemies, significantly decreasing Soraka's healing no matter who she tries to heal, which is good, because she is otherwise a pain in the ass to deal with for a mage. It is bad for Soraka herself, though. She needs a rework because as long as she is just a healing bot, she will either be too powerful, or a liability for her team.
The only complaint I have about new is: Why this change has not been made before?

This item should have been touched in the AP item rework. This item has the same issue as Liandry before its update. Its identity conflicts between being an AP assassin item or an hybrid sustain item.
