Think about this seriously. He has A LOT of cc. As high of damage as there is cc is almost guaranteed death. Zac has the potential to lock down and disrupt an entire enemy team.
His biggest weakness is he is vulnerable to being counter jungled early on. And unless you have a team that can collapse on enemy jungler when getting counter jungled you are pretty screwed.
What are you thoughts on Zac in the current meta?

My problem with Zac is that his AP Bruiser build doesn't work anymore. I have to build him as a full hp tank to get any use out of him. I hate his new ult, love his new Q, and love his kit really except for the ult. I get that it's a big enemy repositioning tool like Blitz pull, I see the value there, but the way the ability reacts to my button press is so weird.
I try to hold the button down to charge it and then use my mouse to sent any enemies caught when I release R to where I cast, but it doesn't work like that. It's strange but I cannot for the life of me get his ult to work like it's supposed to.
I still like him, but he gets outclassed so hard earlygame by so many junglers.
