Riot is refusing to send me logs of something I never did

I never did any of the things that I am being accused of. Instead of showing me the logs or investigating to see if someone else could have had access to my account, they are just giving me the finger and using the "we can't go into detail" bull shit. I realize not many people are going to take my side and I don't care at this point. What I do care about is transparency and everyone seeing that the justice system and Riot support need a severe looking in to.

At this point I am about as pissed off as I can get! I will admit, I did go a little overboard with this last message I sent. https://imgur.com/eMTSqT0.png?noredirect

I just let it go after the last message because I realized they were not going to put any effort or resources into looking into my ban.

You already have had a thread open discussing this issue, so in case a Moderator decides to lock/delete this one for spam, I'm only going to C/P the most essential paragraph of my response to your previous post and point out a few tidbits from your Support Tickets pertinent to it.

This isn't the first time that Riot has deigned not to show the chat logs associated with the punishment, and it's not the first time such a case involved an especially egregious offense, either. Generally speaking, the most plausible reason that they choose not to provide the chat logs is because they contain personally identifying information about someone; in this case, likely the person you threatened.

From the Support Tickets and the responses from Riot Aura;

Due to threats that you have made in your (game, ticket, client dms) your account has received a permanent suspension. We have a strict zero tolerance policy regarding threats made in League of Legends and due to your actions we will be unable to remove or modify the permanent ban on your account.

The fact that you would have made death threats is bad enough, but the fact that Riot chose not to disclose any information pertinent to the case is telling of even worse. As I mentioned, the most plausible reason they would choose to do that would be because your threats involved personally identifying information about someone.

Additionally, Aura notes a variety of different means that could have contributed to the punishment; in-game chat, support tickets, and in-client DMs. If it was Support Tickets or in-Client DMs, they likely wouldn't be able to appear in the reform card (or I guess in this case, suspension card), though it says nothing for why they wouldn't be able to display it in the support ticket responses themselves - but, for that, again, refer above.

I'm sorry, but I cannot show the chat logs, but it looks like this ban was placed for using hate speech in direct messages towards other players. Specifically, there were instances of implying others should harm themselves, or wishing death upon others and their friends or family members.

This type of behavior isn't acceptable in or out of the Rift. Because of how severe we deem this language, and because you had previous penalties for similar extreme behavior in-game, we did have to escalate this account to the permanent suspension it's serving now.

Of note here; encouraging self-harm, wishing death upon others, and the fact that you had previous penalties that warranted the escalation.

Also noteworthy is the specificity of DMs, but, largely, one can only fathom what you said that would warrant Riot withholding the logs. It'd have to be either identifying information (as mentioned above), or some seriously descriptive wording on your part.

Either way, Riot's decision has been made, and they're not about to overturn it, no matter how many times you demand they acquiesce or accuse them of lying.

looking at your ENTIRE comments history, it seems like you dont even try to have a normal conversation or any arguments as soon as someone doesnt agree with you anymore.

i wonder if mods will close this thread...

You again? I thought you were going to sue Riot. So go do that if you think you have a case.

Because some logs are so bad that they shouldn't be repeated.

Even though I've read the original thread, I only now realize: Have you at any point asked support to verify that they are looking at the correct account? Your name has a lot shit-ton of special characters, and it would not actually be the first time that somebody in support made a mistake and punished the wrong person. It also wouldn't be the first time that support then confirms said punishment by again looking at the wrong account.

Since the incident I've seen support was supposed to be more careful about this sort of problem (which is why, to be perfectly honest, I personally still just believe you are lying), but it may be possible that this is the issue.

Funny since this is the type of shit that deserves Permanent Bans and not calling people idiot/bad\dumb. Funny enough system...

Funny. You said that you are not guilty and that you may be hacked etc. Meanwhile, in the quotes above that Umbral regent posted from your preavious thread, it seems that it's not the first time you have been penaltised from something you said or did. So I'm wondering, if all those times wasn't you the one who acted like this and you got hacked, why you didn't do anything about this and you just made a tread after your permaban. P.S.:Riot would know if your account got hacked, so what happened is you did what you did and now you trying to get away by trying to convince others that you actually didn't. Little you know is that Riot doesn't care, so next time try not be toxic.

I agree that you have the right to be able to learn the reason of your ban, but as you proved here on boards you are a toxic enough player to be banned.
