You already have had a thread open discussing this issue, so in case a Moderator decides to lock/delete this one for spam, I'm only going to C/P the most essential paragraph of my response to your previous post and point out a few tidbits from your Support Tickets pertinent to it.
This isn't the first time that Riot has deigned not to show the chat logs associated with the punishment, and it's not the first time such a case involved an especially egregious offense, either. Generally speaking, the most plausible reason that they choose not to provide the chat logs is because they contain personally identifying information about someone; in this case, likely the person you threatened.
From the Support Tickets and the responses from Riot Aura;
Due to threats that you have made in your (game, ticket, client dms) your account has received a permanent suspension. We have a strict zero tolerance policy regarding threats made in League of Legends and due to your actions we will be unable to remove or modify the permanent ban on your account.
The fact that you would have made death threats is bad enough, but the fact that Riot chose not to disclose any information pertinent to the case is telling of even worse. As I mentioned, the most plausible reason they would choose to do that would be because your threats involved personally identifying information about someone.
Additionally, Aura notes a variety of different means that could have contributed to the punishment; in-game chat, support tickets, and in-client DMs. If it was Support Tickets or in-Client DMs, they likely wouldn't be able to appear in the reform card (or I guess in this case, suspension card), though it says nothing for why they wouldn't be able to display it in the support ticket responses themselves - but, for that, again, refer above.
I'm sorry, but I cannot show the chat logs, but it looks like this ban was placed for using hate speech in direct messages towards other players. Specifically, there were instances of implying others should harm themselves, or wishing death upon others and their friends or family members.
This type of behavior isn't acceptable in or out of the Rift. Because of how severe we deem this language, and because you had previous penalties for similar extreme behavior in-game, we did have to escalate this account to the permanent suspension it's serving now.
Of note here; encouraging self-harm, wishing death upon others, and the fact that you had previous penalties that warranted the escalation.
Also noteworthy is the specificity of DMs, but, largely, one can only fathom what you said that would warrant Riot withholding the logs. It'd have to be either identifying information (as mentioned above), or some seriously descriptive wording on your part.
Either way, Riot's decision has been made, and they're not about to overturn it, no matter how many times you demand they acquiesce or accuse them of lying.
